Icom has out done themselves this time. The Icom IC-M402s is a compact 25 Watt transceiver. Completely submersible to J.I.S. 7 standards, the M402 is waterproof to 3' for 30 minutes. The built-in DSC allows you to send a mayday distress message at a push of the button along with the current lat/long position as well as vessel identification. Additional DSC features, such as private calling and position polling are also standard. Receives all Marine VHF Channels.
