The revolutionary new Tournament Champion NCC 6500 has changed the way you'll think about fishfinders! NCC stands for Navigation Command Center, and this unit lives up to the name. Not only will the NCC 6500 control your boat's course through the water, it'll control your lures' course. When interfaced with up to six Cannon Mag 20 DT downriggers, it'll keep your weight a preset distance off the bottom. You can also cycle, raise, and lower your Mag 20DT downriggers from this unit. The Auto-Steer function works with your autopilot to keep your boat running along a particular depth contour or a certain distance off the beach. It's also a powerful chartplotter, boasting a background map of the entire world and capable of more detailed charting using C-Map NT electronic charts. With the Tournament GPS Module (sold separately), the NCC 6500 will display your position on the chart, provide range and bearing information to waypoints, and control you autopilot along a route. It'll store up to 1000 waypoints, 2000 event markers, and 100 routes, with up to 20 waypoints per route. The NCC 6500's fishfinding capabilities are the most powerfull in its class. Its 16-level Grayscale screen, measuring 3.5'' x 6.5'', is the sharpest, clearest available, with 240 vertical pixels and 400 horizontal pixels. Split screens allow you to see the two functions, such as the chartplotter and fishfinder, at one glance. You can select regular fishfinder screens, or use the graph and flasher settings. Bottom Line's Sidefinder feature looks for fish out to 240' from both sides of the boat. Revalation separates the bottom from the fish lying very close to the bottom. With 650 watts RMS and 5200 watts peak to peak, the NCC 6500 will bore down to 1,200'.
